Motherhood often means caring for everyone else. WellMama™ by HarborWell is creating space for moms to be cared for, too. Join us for an intimate morning centered on support, resources, wellness, and community. WellMama™ is designed to give mothers an opportunity to slow down, connect with other moms, participate in meaningful wellness conversations and activities, discover helpful resources, and focus on their own well-being. This is not a conference or traditional health fair. We’re intentionally creating a small, welcoming and restorative experience limited to just 15 moms of children ages 0–9.
